WHEREAS Simon Komu Nzolla (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, khown as Kirinyaga/Gathigiriri/67, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Senior Principal. Magistrate’s Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 130 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jemimah. Kasiva Mutioso Nyamu (1D/0578970), and whereas all efforts made to recover’ the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from _the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of ‘the said administration letters to Jemimah Kasiva Mutioso Nyamu (ID/0578970), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Komu Nzolla (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NOTICE NO, 10548 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Joseph Macharia Ngarega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0846 hectares or thereabout, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 5/67, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 206 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Paul Ngarega Macharia and (2) Francis Kihumba Macharia, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Paul Ngarega Macharia and (2) Francis Kihumba Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Macharia Ngarega (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
