GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10545

WHEREAS Gipson Maina (deceased), of P.O. Box 214, Burnt Forest in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Olare/Burnt Forest Block’ 5 (Ngarua)/59, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 167 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Ann Njoki Muraya and (2) Esther Wairimu Munyiri, both of P.O. Box 214, Burnt Forest in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L-R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed in the names of (1) Ann Njoki Muraya and (2) Esther Wairimu Munyiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gipson Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
