WHEREAS Joseph Githu (1D/4908289), is registered as proprietor . in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia/Teso, registered under title No. South Teso/Angoromo/2488, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and all efforts made to trace it in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
