WHEREAS John Wamwiri Njenga (1D/9237956), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Waguthu/3441, and whereas Sidian Bank Limited (Reg. No. 77202) by virtue of a charge registered on the 22nd August, 2012 is entitled to exercise its statutory power of sale, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
