THE COURT OF APPEAL CHRISTMAS RECESS, 2021 PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution

PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya and section 26 (1) (c) of the Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Act, 2015 and Rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2010, notice is given as follows: The Court of Appeal Christmas, 202! recess shall commence on Tuesday, 21st December, 2021, and shall terminate on Wednesday, 12th January, 2022, both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registry of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all week days except public holidays.
