TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 1579 oF 1997 By (1) Joseph Akeollo Olum and (2) Caleb Odhiambo Jaoko, both of P.O. Box 3006, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and brother-in-law, -respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benta Achando Sibudii, late of Siaya in Kenya, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 1995. Cause No. 2500 oF 1997 By (1) Dinah Wanjiku Gichane and (2) William Wachira George, both of P.O. Box 321, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Ameka & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gichane Gikaria, late of Gikoe, Nyeri in Kenya, who died at Kwa Joseph, Nyeri in Kenya, on 28th July, 1996. Cause No. 146 oF 1998 By (1) Joyce Tirindi Kibanga alias Joyce Tirindi Nganga and (2) Martin Mutuma Nganga, both of P.O. Box 46505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Munyu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Benjamin Kariuki alias Benjamin Nganga Kariuki, late of Nakuru in Kenya. who died at Kibera Polo Club in Kenya, on 13th November, 1997 The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
