FOR THE purpose of the Prevention of corruption, every person importing electronic goods shall at the time of entering such goods make an additional copy of the C14 or l 5/16/20/21/22 whichever is applicable accompanied by a Iist öf serial numbers of aIl items. The documents shall be presented and stamped as directed by the proper officer who shall certify thc serial numbers of all the listed items. The importer shall without delay upon ' clearing the said goods deliver or send through a registered mail the additional entry copy accompanied by a certified Iist of the item's serial number to the Director of the Kenya Anti Corrup- tion Authority.
