APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 42A (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and in accordance with paragraph 1 of the second schedule ‘to the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections Regulations, the Electoral Commission appoints— W. O. OsumBa to be a member of the Language Board for Kieni Constituency by-election which was appointed on 4th August, 1998.
