NOTICE is given under and pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 167) that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the late Sikinabai w/o Haiderali Rajan, of P.O. Box 40356, Nairobi in Kenya, who died on 17th October, 1995, at Nairobi, is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned on or before the 31st December, 1998, after which date the executrix will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which she shall.have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notiùe.
