TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Japheth Galagati Shamalla, relating to the election of Daniel Lyula Khamasi, as a member of Parliament for Shinyalu Constituency in the Republic of Kenya in the parliamentary elections that took place on 29th December, 1997. And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Registrar/ Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Law Courts, P.O.
