THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAKURU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KIPKWAI ARAP KENDUIYWA OF NAKURU DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 561 or 1997 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Ruplux, Bahati, on 2nd August, 1980, has been filed in this registry by (1) Musa Kipketer Samoe and (2) Francis Chepkwony Kipsigei, in their capacities as _ ‘brothers of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
