WHEREAS Danbal Limited, a fimited fiability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office as P.O. Box 41268, Nairobi. is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8901, situate in Nairobi Area by virtve of a grant registered as ER. 32542/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the- expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within thait period.
