WHEREAS M’Thuranira M'’Mwitari (1D/4466652), is regist- ered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 2.43 and 0.81 hectares, situate in the district of Menu, registered under tl'le Nos. Kiirua/ Ruiri/1074 and 854, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land fitle deeds issued thereof have been lest, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period. The share certificates as detailed above having been lost, notice is given thai duplicates of the said share certificates will be issued to the estate of the above named deceased after thinty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, unless valid objection is lodged with the secretary prior thereto and that on issue of duplicates of the said share certificates, the original share certificates will be deemed to have been can- celled.
