NOTICE is issued to Kamuyu & Sons, of P.O. Box 28532, Nairobi, the owner(s) of Toyota Camry motor vehicle, reg. No. KAC 260L, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Stanhope Engineers Limited, along Dar-es-Salaam Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon - payment of storage fees and any incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failing which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be used to defray the outstanding amount of repairs, storage charges plus other incidentals to Stanhope Engineers Limited and should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable.
