WHEREAS Lilian Wanjiku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ndumberi/Riabai/601, situate in Kiambu District, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 58 of 1980, has issued a grant of letters of administration to the public trustee of Kenya and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Lilian Wanjiku (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of transmission form (RL 19), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lilian Wanjiku {deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Bargaliet, of P.O. Box 13, Kericho, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kericho/Kabartegan/549, situate in Kericho District, and whereas the court of appeai at Nakuru, in civil appeal No. 306 of 1997, has ordered that the said piece of land reverts to the original owner Joseph arap Marisin, of P.O. Box 36, Litein, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have faiicd, nctice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from ihe date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a new land title deed to the said Joseph arap Marisin, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kibilat S.
