WHEREAS Kirichwa Holdings Limited, a limited liability com- pany incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 44485, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as . proprietor lessee of that piece of land.containing 0.0214 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 209/8764/9, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 35610/1, and whereas the said Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Kirichwa Holdings Limited, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 35610/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge. Box 72961, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.3148 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 92/39, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
