Gazerte Norice No. 975 THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT (Cap. 265) THE TOWN COUNCIL OF NYAMACHE Stneve Business Permtr Fees SCHEDULE AND FOR THE YEAR 2000 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Local Government Act, the Town Council of Nyamache has, after a full council resolution and with the approval of the Minister for Local Government, adopted column 10 of the single busincss permit fees schedule with effect from ist January, 2000. A copy of the approved feces and charges for the single business permit is availabic in the town clerk’s office, and can be viewed by any interested member of the business community during official working hours. A penalty of 15 per cent will be imposed on the valuc of licence paid after 31st March, 25 per cent aftcr 30th September and 30 per cent after 31st December, 2000. : ConbDITIONS (a) Every licence issued under this resolutions shail be produced for inspection to any police, administration police, health officers or council officers authorized to do so by the council. It shall be displayed at a conspicuous place convenicnt for inspection as aforesaid. (b) Any person guilty of an offence undcr this resolution shall on conviction be liable to a fine not excecding KSh. 2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months or to both fine and imprisonment as provided by scction 257 of the Local Government Act.
