TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: Cause No. 2252 or 1999 By (1) John Francis Kadogo and (2) Alex Maruti Paul, both of P.O. Box 79604, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and cousin, respectively, for a grant of Ictters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Everline Kadogo alias Monica Okall Kadogo, late of Kakamega in Kenya, who dicd at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this noticc in the Kenya Gazette.
