TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: Cause No. 866 or 1999 By (1) James Kuria Kungu, (2) Stephen Nganga Kungu and (3) David Mbugua (Kabui) Kungu, all of P.O. Box 5, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Mwaura Shairi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Kungu Kuria, late of Kiambu District in Kenya, who died at Ngarariga, Bibirioni in Kenya, on 26th July, 1997. Cause No. 2396 oF 1999 By (1) Nyirandi Kumwami Goretti and (2) David Mushokambere, both of P.O. Box 38729, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, through Messrs. Nyaencha Waichari & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diogene Rutayisire, late of Kiambu District in Kenya, who died at P.C.E.A, Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
