WHEREAS Willis Wachilonga Mabonga (1D/437117), of P.O. Box 114, Kimilili in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kimilili/Kibingci/642, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the chicf magistrates court at Bungoma, in civil suit No. 93 of 1999, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to James Nandasaba Wasikc, of P.O. Box 742, Kimilili, and Japhcther Wanyonyi Wachiyc, the original registered proprictor signed the transfer of the said picce of land in favour of James Nandasaba Wasikce, of P.O. Box 740, Kimilili, and whereas all efforts made to. compci the registered proprictor to surrender the land title decd issucd in respect of the said picce of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hercof provided that no valid objection has been received within that pcriod, [ intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issuc a land title decd to the said James Nandasaba Wasike, and upon such registration the land titlic deed issued carlicr to the said Willis Wachilonga Mabonga, on 4th December, 1986, whose documents were rejected vide the presenta- tion book entry No. 64 of 4th December, 1986, entered on the land register and not signed shail be decmed to be cancelicd and of no effect to cvidence ownership.
