GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 843

WHEREAS Fredrick Wasilwa Wabwayi, of P.O. Box 141, Kimilili in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor of that picce of land known as parcel No. Kimilili/Kibingei/16, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whercas the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma, in succession cause No. 216 of 1997, has ordered that the said picce of land be transferred to Reba Nanyama Wasike, of P.O. Box 141, Kimilili, and whercas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court cxecuted an instrument of transfer of-the said piece of fand in favour of Reba Nanyama Wasike, of P.O. Box 141, Kimilili, and whereas all efforts made to compci the registered proprictor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said picce of land to the fand registrar have faiicd, notice is given that aftcr the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hercof provided that no valid objection has been reccived within that period, { intend to dispense with the production of the said land titic decd and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issuc a land title decd to the said Reba Nanyama Wasike, and upon such registration thc land title decd issued carlicr to the said Fredrick Wasilwa Wabwayi, shall bc decmed to be cancelled and of no effect.
