Particular attention should be paid to ‘the following points: (i) Signature must be supported by rubber stamping er typing the name of the signatory in capital letters. (it) Dates must be correct and filled in where necessary. (iti) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised Edition of the Laws of Kenya.
