NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 443, in Volume B-13, Folio 23114/19909, File No. 1637, by our client, Mariam Shamshudin Kembo, formerly known as Mariam Hussein Bhanji, formally and 5184 5184 absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mariam Hussein Bhanji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mariam Shamshudin Kembo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mariam Shamshudin Kembo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mariam Shamshudin Kembo only.
