WINDING UP

NOTICE is given that— (i) a general meeting of the above-named Company and (ii) a meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held by virtual means on Tuesday, 28th November, 2023, at 11.00 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. in the forenoon, respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the members and the creditors showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of directing at the said meeting of creditors the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above general meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
