THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kariana Kipukel and (2) Kentuya Yiale, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 12.45 hectares or thereabout, known as CIS Mara/Siana ‘A’/1634, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by the officials of Siana Group Ranch to show that the parcel rightful belongs to one Kadika ole Lepore alias Olorucha Lepore as per their records and the issuance of the land title deed to (1) Kanana Kipukel and (2) Kentuya Yiale was done fraudulently and without the knowledge of Siana Group Ranch officials, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed to issue a new land title deed to Kadika ole Lepore alias Olorucha Lepore and the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Kanana Kipukel and (2) Kentuya Yiale, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
