REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kuniara Pere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.102 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/32079, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in succession cause No. 22 ‘A’ of 2020, has issued grant in favour of (1) Sophia Wanjiru Kuniara, (2) Everlyne Wamaitha Kuniara and (3) Antony Mukono Kuniara to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kuniara Pere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
