GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15624

WHEREAS Leah Karimi alias Leah Zacharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwimbi/Chogoria/291, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Meru in Succession Cause No. 121 of 1989, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Kenneth Murungi Ntwiga (ID/2463302), and whereas the said Kenneth Murungi Ntwiga (ID/2463302) has executed an application to be registered as personal representative as executor or administrator L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration as personal representative as executor or administrator L.R.A. 39 in the name of Kenneth Murungi Ntwiga (ID/2463302), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Leah Karimi alias Leah Zacharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
