THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Syrus Njeru Mirera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 and 0.76 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kagaari/Weru/8683 and 8681, respectively, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E75 of 2021, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joyce Wanjiru Njeru as administrator to the estate of Syrus Njeru Mirera, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deeds in respect of the said pieces of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Joyce Wanjiru Njeru and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Syrus Njeru Mirera (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
