REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njogu Nduanjeru Njogu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyeri/Gatarakwa/1596, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 371 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Joseph Nduanjeru Njogu, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Veronica Wanjiku Njogu and (2) Joseph Nduanjeru Njogu, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents LRA 39 and LRA 42 in favour of the said Joseph Nduanjeru Njogu, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Veronica Wanjiku Njogu and (2) Joseph Nduanjeru Njogu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njogu Nduanjeru Njogu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
