REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aggrey Isigi Agoi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 6.0 hectares or thereabout, known as E. Bukusu/N. Kanduyi/1602, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 91 of 2022, has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) Frida Bugusa Agoyi and (2) Kennedy Misigo Agoi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier Aggrey Isigi Agoi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Aggrey Isigi Agoi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
