REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Njeri Mwangi (ID/3655204), of P.O. Box 529, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Wempa/1/271, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
