THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Wanjiru Gitau, of P.O. Box 28, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.690 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabazi/Munanda Block 2/955 (Maombi Ona), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
