REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Katsale Maina alias James Murray Maina, of P.O. Box 3683–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as L.R. No. 2116/2/VIII being the premises comprised in a grant registered as I.R. 960/1, situate in Nairobi City County, and whereas the land register and specifically the Deed File I.R. 960 in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
