REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Said Mohamed, of P.O. Box 1166–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0272 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 11260/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 33736, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
