(ii) analyze each bill with an aim to determine the bills which are eligible (payable) and ineligible bills (that are not payable) (iii) establish reason(s) for ineligibility (iv) ensure that all pending bills are mopped up from the departments and that no pending bill that is undisclosed up to 30th June, 2023. (v) establish the filing system (vi) establish the payment plan for eligible bills. The committee is expected to complete the analysis and verification exercise and submit the report within thirty (30) days from the first day it shall have its first sitting.
