REGISTRATION

WHEREAS AIK Angel Invest Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 70, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/28200, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the said piece of land to its rightful owner being Francis Joseph Mutune Kwinga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said AIK Angel Invest Kenya Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
