E40 OF 2022 By (1) Nurta Mohamed Omar and (2) Abdullahi Antar Amin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Antar Amin, who died at Boji, Tana River, on 3rd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By (1) Rahma Mohamed Ali and (2) Issa Abdi Arale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdullahi Abdi Arale, who died at Mtangani, Malindi, on 28th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
