TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Mary Oundo Ronald, of P.O. Box 255, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ronald Makhavi Simoki, who died at Luanda, Sifuyo, on 8th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Daniel Ojeri Ouma, of P.O. Box 255, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Oundo alias Richard Oundo Okumu, who died at Sifuyo, on 11th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
