Box 8, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwanzia Maithya, who died at Kambiti Sub- location, on 22nd January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Mwangi Muguro and (2) Francis Maina Muguro, both of P.O. Box 8, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muguro Kabea alias Muguro Kabia, who died at Mihango Sub-location, on 15th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By (1) John Muiruri Mbugua and (2) Christopher Njogu Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 1097–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Mungai, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
