TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By Paul Mwita Marwa, of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marwa Matinde, who died on 16th October, 1979. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By Nyamohanga Gibiti Nyaboto, of P.O. Box 420, Suna Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugita Nyamoto Wanyancha alias Mogita Nyamboto, who died on 12th June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
