Box 744, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsiele arap Mosore, who died on 16th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2023 By Stanley Kipkemoi Towett, of P.O. Box 913, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Nyorik Rotich, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 26th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By Charles Kipkemoi Yegon, of P.O. Box 33, Kimulot in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Recho Chelangat Kediasyo, who died at Kapset, on 16th March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
