TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2023 By Agnes Atieno Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Odongo Nyabondo alias Nashon Odongo, who died at Masala, on 11th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2023 By Martin Owiti Odeny, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Odeny Onea alias Silvanus Odeny Oneya, who died at Kokwiri, on 29th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
