E347 OF 2022 By Alphonse Nyaoro Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enosh Ochieng Sewe, who died at District Hospital, Bondo in Kenya, on 28th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2023 By George Omondi Ochanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Odida Opuk, who died at Othach Sub-location, on 19th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By Jane Mbadi Obuora, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marsela Nengo Odeny alias Masela Nengo Odeny, who died at Nyang’omba Sub-location, on 10th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2023 By (1) Helida Achola Agonji and (2) Monika Oyombe Ongonji, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Abongo Ogembo, who died at Othach, on 27th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
