E60 OF 2023 By Didimus Chembolio Cheloti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonventure Wafula Cheloti alias Didimus Wafula, who died at Kimilili Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Nasipondi Wabomba, (2) Gladys Meta Wabomba and (3) Elijah Meta Wabomba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Wabomba Muse, who died on 2nd November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
