TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Musya and (2) Rose Mutongoi John, the deceased’s brother and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mutuku Musya, who died at Murang’a South district, on 22nd December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
