TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2023 By Titus Nyagah Kanyi, of P.O. Box 71, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyi Ndaru, who died at Karambari Sub-location, on 26th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2023 By Njoka Nyaga, of P.O. Box 971, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Mugwike alias Nyaga Muguike, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 110th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Muchiri Njeru and (2) John Muriithi Njeruh, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njeru Njoka alias Njeru Kamwende, who died at Kombo Munyiri Sub-location, on 7th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
