TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By (1) George Omondi Ogweno and (2) Dan Otieno Omondi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Omondi Dundo, who died on 26th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By David Kipchumba Ruto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Maritim Kolum, who died on 6th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By Jacob Otieno Opere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Opere Wandiege, who died on 4th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
