TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 473 OF 2023 By Mary Savai Bulimu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moore Bulimu Kerote alias More Bulimu Kilote, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 8th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. 510 OF 2023 By (1) Aicha Amele Ombuya and (2) John Zebedee Akunda, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedee Gilbert Ombuya, who died at Ebukhunza Sub- location, on 18th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
