E61 OF 2023 By (1) Nthoki Makula Ndolo and (2) Agnes Mateta Makula, the deceased’s legal heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Makula Ndolo alias Peter M. Ndolo, who died at Muuni, on 6th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By (1) Philip Makau and (2) Bernard Mutua Mulwa, the deceased’s legal heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mulwa Makau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Nduku Muli and (2) Elizabeth Ndunge Muli, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Muli Kyumbisyo, who died at Sultan Hamud, on 17th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
