TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2022 By Matunda Ombasa Martin, of P.O. Box 3908–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matunda Ombasa, who died on 20th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2023 By (1) Isaiah Onyoni Okioi and (2) Charles Okemwa Ramimi, both of P.O. Box 6, Tabaka in Kenya, the deceased’s son and brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyoni Okioi, who died on 10th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
